I wouldn’t expect too many problems with traffic, it’s usually reasonably quiet. And no, there’ll be no problems if you miss your coach, you’ll just join a queue for the next one that’s available. In response to your other question about changing at Tottenham Hale on the stansted express - I wouldn’t recommend it, it’s much easier to stay on the train to Liverpool Street and change there now that the Elizabeth line is open.
