I did a quick search and found many complaints about checked luggage and ET. But what about on-board service, timeliness, and safety? I saw the article about pilots who missed the landing (dozed off).

I have a business class ticket from Washington Dulles to Bangkok, connecting in Addis. both directions with 2.5 hours connection at Addis. I will certainly do carry-on only. Am I likely to make these connections? How bad is the on-board experience?
