The minimum connection time for T2-T2 is 60 minutes. You'll have to clear security on arrival, where you'd be best advised using transfer security. There's no conformance at T2 (i.e. they'll let you through, even if you have essentially no chance of making your flight).

Gates will nominally close 20 minutes before departure.

Even if the UA flight arrives as late as 11am, I'd expect you to make the TG flight, so long as you don't hang around. The danger is more that a system decides to automatically re-book you because you fell below MCT.
