Unless your claim is that tests miss 100% of COVID cases, then saying that they do nothing is disingenuous. Even if it missed half the cases, that's still a 50% reduction in people on a flight with detectable COVID. I'd take those odds over nothing at all, and its undoubtedly a lot higher than that.
