Yes, QR 705 parked at Terminal 4 but these kinds of things are normal at JFK.
I suspect this was asked by CBP since Terminal 4 has immigration open 7/24 and the flight was delayed with the same aircraft not leaving Doha until the following morning.
The aforementioned Cathay Pacific flight arrived 20 minutes earlier than QR 705.
