I literally ran from T6 to TBIT (as BA was paging me for the final boarding call).
If we have a west coast transatlantic flight, and want to enjoy an F lounge on the way out we fly into LAX the evening before, especially now. It gives us a chance to enjoy dinner in Manhattan Beach, and we usually stay at the Sheraton LAX. Which is walkable to any terminal at LAX. I personally would assess a three hour layover (for an international connection) as somewhat risky, given the travel situation this summer.
