In advance of my stay I checked the inventory regularly and all suites and ocean view rooms were sold out about a month in advance. Occupancy seems to verify.
My advice would be book the absolute worst room you would be ok with and hope for the best. A TSU as a good value here.
I have a stay in November - I used a TSU to upgrade to Lagoon Suite and have a connecting 2 Queen so that our family is all together in two rooms. The YouTube videos I've seen show the Lagoon Suites as having plunge pools and are on the second floor. Should I expect a second floor suite with plunge pool, or are there DIFFERENT Lagoon Suites that are first floor and lack the plunge pool?
