Just had an excellent 1 night stay here as an Ambassador.
I booked 2 rooms (for 4 adults and 1 kid). Both rooms were upgraded to junior suites, which are very spacious, and they were able to give us connecting rooms with exactly our bed preference (king and crib in one, two doubles in the other).
Both rooms had welcome amenities of a bunch of fresh fruit, both rooms' minibars were completely comped (including 3 beers, 2 red bulls, and a 375ml Prosecco per room, plus all the snacks and other beverages). We received a total of 8 welcome drink vouchers (good for any beer, wine, or prosecco -- or for large bottles of water at dinner). And we got 30% off dinner for all of us. We were able to use the vouchers to cover our wine and water at dinner, so a 3-course dinner for 5 ended up coming out to 111 Euro all-in. And it was pretty good! The trioffe pasta with pesto and the eggplant timbale were especially good. Full breakfast buffet was also included for both rooms. The buffet included prosecco, real Canadian maple syrup, and real scrambled eggs, along with all the usual suspects.
Best of all, the front desk was able to override the air conditioning and set it to 18°C from the desk, no engineering necessary. Worked like a charm.
Overall this stay FAR exceeded my expectations. Lounge may be closed but I will take this arrangement over a lounge pretty much any day
