I flew out of T5 yesterday afternoon. First Wing had both scanners working, and with no one waiting I was in the First Lounge within minutes. The airport was fine and given how ghastly LHR can be (I probably mean “is”) the experience was excellent, which it should be seeing as they’ve amputated a third of their capacity.
