thread back in April about an issue regarding AP and their partner airlines, Etihad/Gulf Air not pushing through confirmation numbers through property which lead to myself and my wife being stranded in Istanbul for a day. It almost happen the next day again at the airport when we were to fly out (Gulf Air staff is apologetic but they could do nothing since it was an issue on AP's part) which ended up with us having to foot the bill in cash even though we already had two confirmed tickets.
Since then, I've sent a Customer Contact form twice a few months apart and even though they mention someone from AP will contact me, no-one has. The June response didn't even come for a few weeks until I emailed Scott O'Leary and Derek Whitworth from Aeroplan mentioning this which may have lit a fire under them?

Not sure what else to do at this point. I've called Aeroplan and Air Canada customer service and quoted my case numbers who said there is nothing they can do. Should I be naming and shaming them on social media to get a response? This is quite annoying since I could use some of this money to put towards my down payment on a place we're closing in on in the next month.
