I find the lady’s tale quite difficult to follow. Was this on BA?

Is this the alleged sequence of events?
1. she incorrectly booked her seat not across the aisle from her partner and 2 children
2. she asked if the passenger in the aisle would swap
3. the other passenger initially said no
4. the other passenger saw the kids and said ok
5. she asked the cc if they could find the other passenger an aisle seat, in the process using a profanity to insult him

And all of this made the front page of the daily mail website?
At least there isn’t any other important news going on!!
