You may want to have a look at the main EC261 thread (inclluding the Mennens formula in the wiki). You will see there that unfortunately a lot of claims are taking over 6 weeks to process. When you get to 8 weeks you can take the complaint to CEDR. This won't speed things up, but you will get better tracking. The alternative, which probably would speed things up, is to launch an MCOL claim. Both MCOL and CEDR are explained in that thread.
We submitted the claim on 20th June, so 2 months ago today. When I spoke to BA they advised we should complain about our complaint not being dealt with which I thought was a strange suggestion. What is CEDR? Is it covered in the threads you mention? Thanks
