When you get to 8 weeks you can take the complaint to CEDR. This won't speed things up, but you will get better tracking. The alternative, which probably would speed things up, is to launch an MCOL claim. Both MCOL and CEDR are explained in that thread.
We submitted the claim on 20th June, so 2 months ago today. When I spoke to BA they advised we should complain about our complaint not being dealt with which I thought was a strange suggestion. What is CEDR? Is it covered in the threads you mention? Thanks
