Legitimate? That's extremely questionable given the data access methds described and the lengths to which the owner/operator goes to hide their whereabouts.
Honorable? How can one be honorable given the business model and the number of reports of people paying and not receiving auth codes, etc. I'd question that.
Responsive? Well, sure -- when one complains long/loudly enough a response is generally obtained.
