Anyone taken advantage of this yet? I booked a flight OAK-LAS for next Friday but I did it through JetBlue to take advantage of the $80 off $200 AmEx offer. Wondering if that will prevent DW and I from earning the MP miles(looks like that might be the case according to the terms).

Saving $160 on the tickets is worth more than the MP miles that would have been earned but would be nice if it stacks though...
