I’ve stayed at the GH and did not like the location at all, the hotel also has a very corporate feel to it
I stay at this hotel eight to ten times each year and my recent experience echoes yours. Service in the last six months or so has declined noticeably, particularly in the rooftop restaurant. I put it down to the fact that there has been an influx of new hires over the past six months. The regulars, who worked during the pandemic, have been poached and moved onwards and upwards elsewhere.
