I have flown the "new" ITA in J both from MXP and FCO. As others have noted the soft product is tired. IFE had not been updated in months. Food was ok and the wines were for sure better than the wines DL has been serving lately. Cabin crew is all ex-AZ and they remain as they were on AZ - generally friendly but not service oriented and tend to disappear once the meal service is over.

Be warned if you are flying from JFK that they are using the AF lounge which is a hovel. And if you are connecting at JFK you need to see the ticket agent pre-security to get an ITA boarding pass (or at least you did - that may have changed with the relaxed COVID entry rules). Said counter is not staffed until 3 hours before departure.
