Stayed here for a couple of nights before switching to Conrad/Hilton. This hotel is really sub par in my experience and elite (Ambassador) recognition is non existent. Rooms and corridors continue to suffer from a damp odour (possibly the heavy use of carpets?). Enquiries not answered, duty managers don’t return calls etc. Spa is now $20 per use (used to be free for Ambassadors). Food quality and housekeeping is great, shame about everything else, not up to the JW standard.
