EDIT: Just kidding. She needed to get help from ticketing and there's a 45 min wait. Flight's not until Dec so I'll have to call back at a later time
Unfortunately 45 minutes is on the low end of wait times for the ticketing desk these days, although most good agents offer to let you hang up while they wait on hold. (The fact that good agents know they need to wait on hold for 45 minutes with the ticketing desk, and do, while the crappy agents probably never get into that queue in the first place, is perhaps part of the reason it's so hard to come across a good agent when you call in...)
