off topic, but just curious, does anyone know why the last few times I have traveled back from GYE (May 2022, December 2021 and May 2021), when arriving into T5 (or in December, T4), there was no option/I was not allowed to use Global Entry? the whole flight was just sort of yelled at and shuffled into the normal customs line.
