Looking at booking o/w AKL-PIT flight. Main Cabin fares show "Changes allowed," but the subtext shows that there "may be" a fee for flights originating outside of North & South America.

The "Optional Services Fees" page on aa.com says the fee for voluntary ticket changes is "No change fees for travel beginning in North or South America. Up to $750 if travel begins outside North or South America."

Is there any way to find what the change fee actually is before booking?
