At this point, I think you need to put together a legal team and sue for damages.
I mean, they actually gave you the welcome amenity...and some fruit...so you can't sue for that. But you can definitely sue for the emotional trauma caused by having to ask for the 500 points and incur a minor delay in getting them posted.
