Thanks. That's what I guessed. I called and switched to row 15. Just out of curiosity I asked the agent (different agent than my first call) whether rows 14 and/or 15 recline. He put me on hold to research for about 5 minutes, came back and said the none of the economy seats recline. I'm skeptical of this; I've heard of it on short haul flights but not transatlantic. In any case, I'll find out soon enough.
