I think that we've determined it's not actually Sashimi lol -- it's cooked -- since Cod really isn't really ever served as Sashimi given the dangers -- even in Japan lol... Many have questioned if it is even really Cod -- to me it doesn't matter -- I wont eat fish on any UA flight - ever -- it's just not worth the risk.... I think it's cooked Cod -- and the UA menu translation team / marketing team / Kirby Kutback team just totally messed this one up.... I mean -- this is the team that calls Cauliflower and raisins a "salad" -- I'm guessing that soon we are going to be served nut fragments instead of nuts....
