in a similar " schedule change nonsense " thread a week or so ago, someone posted that it takes about two months before a series of weekly schedule changes resolve to what's likely the "real" schedule ... part of the problem being that, if you accept one of these "interim" changes (or call in to change to something else), the next change or the one after that is likely to undo what you decided would work; because you've already made that "interim" change, the system forces you to call in for ANY subsequent change, no matter how trivial

if I had to guess, I'd say that Jan 2023 schedules are likely to see two, maybe three, more tweaks between now and the end of October
