Is the cliff villa the garden villa? The ones higher up before the elevator down? We had booked a garden villa but honestly it was too big and it was not really ready for guests. Looked like it might have been vacant for a while. It was also way too big for the three of us. I don't think I've ever said a hotel villa as being too big, but it honestly was massive. But mostly, it was just too far from the rest of the resort and a bit of a hassle to get around to the kids club and pool etc, so we upgraded to the Sky Villa.
