If I book a cash flight with Aeromexico from SJO to ORD in the Classic fare class, and I need to cancel later, is it possible? Is there a fee? Do I get my money back or just credit? What about with the Classic Flex fare class?
I am dealing with AM right now and I not only cant get a refund, even though I only booked 24 hours ago, but they wont let me cancel the flight and just get a voucher. And then when I finally said fine I will just change the flight to a later date as that is all they said they can do, they said sorry now we cant do that b/c you are inside 3 hours of your flight. What a JOKE of an airline and what horrible customer service.
So I am going to miss the flight as not the live rep or the person on Twitter can cancel it. Absolultely ridiculous. So do I email AM customer support or just do a charge back?
