Not sure how much time you would have or you want to spend at the airport, UA terminal is Concourse B and the Centurion Lounge is in C, so you need to travel a bit. Also the Centurion Lounge at DIA gets full pretty quickly and might have to wait to get in.

If you have UA Club Card, 1-DayPass or *G from non-UA companies, using United Club might be better….
