Been on the phone back and forth with agents for hours. I have 10 $50 eGift cards from 2019. Got a letter on each of them saying that I had to use them by the 19th or return the physical letter enclosed to them by the 19th, which is impossible. They want accept a fax or email. I go online to buy a Refundable ticket and it says you can use up to 5 only for more call an agent. Multiple agents have said they can do five max. Okay, for five I will do it online, but it will really only accept one online. Called back and got told only one, after saying not what was told before or online, transferred to eternal hold for the last two hours. Any ideas to finish this today?
