I had the same concern a few posts above. I got the credit the same day the charge posted. The enrollment language can be a bit confusing as other benefits require enrollment through Amex, but the enrollment they're talking about here is just with Clear. If you enroll through Delta's (or United's) discounted price you'll still be reimbursed.
