I'm flying on a redeye on EI flight 114 (PHL-DUB), and since I booked it through BA, I cannot book seats online. I called Aer Lingus and agent told me the plane was an Airbus A321 "NEO". I asked for an exit row for extra legroom and was assigned 14 A and B. I asked him if the seat reclines and he said yes. However, after the call I dug deeper. I looked on SeatGuru for a seatmap of the NEO and could not find one, but when I try a ghost booking on Aer Lingus it gives me a layout that seems to exactly match the Aer Lingus Airbus A321LR, which is available on SeatGuru. It says row 14 has limited recline. Since this is a redeye that will be a challenge. So:

1. Is the Aer Lingus A321 NEO the same as the A321 LR?
2. Does row 14 recline, or should I try to switch to row 15?
