I'm sitting in The Room right now on my first flight in this new layout. The big, big problem with this seat is that it's too hard and has no lumbar support. Like sitting on a park bench. In the future I will probably book away from this configuration and either choose flights with the Staggered seats or JL.

In other respects the seat is very nice, but it doesn't make up for the "park bench" feeling.
