PH has been fabulous.

Tonight we decided to try the Rosewood Rooftop Bar we can see from our room. We walked into the lobby and asked so the Bellboy escorted us out the back door and one door down to the Bar grand floor entrance.

We arrived at 17:10. They are supposed to open at 17:00. We were told they were finalising setup and would be a few moments.

We waited until 17:25 with no further information, left to wait in a vestibule while the two other staff members waited outside and one chatted with a girlfriend, rather than attend to us. At no point were we offered to sit down to wait somewhere else. My husband has a foot injury and despite his discomfort the staff couldn't care less.

No apology, nothing. We left and will never return. Two other couples arrived and when they were told the bar was not open, they also left.
