The bus takes 10-15 minutes, the first one you can catch is probably 15:30, unless your flight is early.
Ya I guess it's risky considering they're separate tickets and we have to change terminals, we really don't have any buffer for delays. We're probably safer doing the later NRT-ICN on ET.
