It appears sadly you have to spend your time chasing them, of a family holiday taken in excess of 90 days ago involving 4 seperate bookings only the one I chased has been awarded, I only chased my own (and misses) so we get Gold, but have since realised that one of the kids can get Silver so I got them to chase also, the others wont make anything so not worth the effort - I still have another outstanding and a year end of 8th September getting closer daily. It really is not good enough.
