Same. Every time I flew RNO-ATL it seemed full so I was hoping it would be brought back at least once a week. That route has had a weird history the last few years as it was originally started as a winter seasonal 1x weekly, then in 2020 it was schedule to go daily over the summer but got delayed obviously. For a while, IIRC, it ran 4x-5x weekly last year then disappeared completely as the demand for 757s returned on other routes. Overall, RNO has more service from DL now than it did pre-covid, but mainline service has decreased to only 2 SLC flights a day with the rest being operated by OO.
The only airline that seems to be successfully operating an eastern US flight out of RNO is B6 to JFK.
SMF doesn't do much better. I was initially booked on a red-eye SMF-ATL last year on a Tahoe trip, and DL canceled the route. Rebooked on SMF-CLT on AA and closer in, the flight was canceled. A reminder that just because an airline says it's flying a schedule for winter 22-23 doesn't mean it will actually fly it.
