That would be pretty unusual. I fly international ~6x/year ATL based and haven’t ever experienced this since F opened. Most of my flights are Latin America and almost always land at E.
I didn’t fly international in 2020-mid 2021. It’s back to the typical arrangement of ATL pax going to F.
