opened yesterday, July 18th, 2021. It forms part of the Avenues mall development and has 192 rooms, a restaurant, meeting rooms, a gym and infinity pool overlooking Bahrain Bay.

Has anyone stayed here recently and can comment on Diamond room upgrades? I have booked a stay (points plus cash) for 1 night next month. The newly opened Hilton Bahrain is also an option for me, same points needed but cheaper if using prepaid rate. Hilton Garden Inn seems to charge high rates due to its great location having access to the Avenues Mall and with rooms offering views of Bahrain Bay, with rates twice as much as what the Intercon Bahrain is charging for my dates. Thanks.
