Here now on a 5 nt award stay. Even though I've been to BP a half dozen times, I've never stayed here, usually finding better value in Airbnb or independent hotels, but the stars aligned this time. Also, during the summer heat, I will only stay in hotels since most flats have insufficient or no AC. Overall very happy with the stay. Was upgraded to a Danube View room on the exec floor as a Diamond. I think I have the best view in the city.
Breakfast is the full buffet in the restaurant, and they have a separate room for golds/diamonds/exec floor which is nice to get away from the cruise crowds. The exec room also has free pour sparkling wine.
The lounge is open 11a-8p. During the day they have pastries, cakes available along with sodas and coffee. During the evening HH, 5p-7p, they have a meat and cheese board, a rotating soup, and 3 hot plates that are a veggie, meat, and rice or something to put the first two over. So far the meat has been a chicken curry and just "chicken." Free pour wines, beer, and about 3-4 spirits. Gin, vodka, and scotch I think.
