You should ask the agent in MCO to tag your bag to your final destination. Just show them the onward ATL-SNA flight and you should have no issues.

If your MCO-ATL is delayed, you might have some challenges in adjusting ATL-SNA without a change in fare. Unlikely but it could be looming in the shadows.
