It's not a matter of opinion, agents spew nonsense all the time when they don't really understand how things work. Show us the period when you could could find no availability for 3 months. There may be periods or days of week where it is challenging, like around Christmas or weekend dates during springbreak due to lack of L, U, T, X, V fare bucket availability on high demand dates. But there are certainly still days (such as midweek days) with availability as shown below.
