ok, problem time.

granted this is entirely my fault for procrastinating, I'm trying to get an award reservation ticketed tonight.

I phoned earlier and was told that calls are routed from Toronto to Jacksonville between 8-10 pm and then to Bremen until midnight. I've just called and told this is not true and that I'm out of luck.

do I have any chances? anyone have the Bremen number or anywhere else in Europe that I can call to get something done?
