Why is their a big difference between beds ,linens in the same brand? Generous Globalist breakfast benefits in one hotel/brand and not in a more expensive 5 star one?
Whatever happened to just Hyatt brand standards and delivery on all program
benefits that are reasonably consistent and on point? It’s impacting my business with Hyatt big time
I return to Andaz 5th Ave this week and a weekend in the brand
