Well, my wife has officially passed the 6 month mark "Pending Review". I guess she is in the "6-18months" group. It's really quite ridiculous.
There really is no rhyme or reason to it. My 4 month old son has been waiting 3 months. There's literally nothing for them to research. A 4 month old American baby with parents who have been here for generations.
