Accessing the NH Lounge at NRT with Priority Pass

Hello NH Forum

I'll be flying NRT-IAD (departs 1650) with three family members later this month. We are in Y.

I have Priority Pass Select through my Capital One VentureX Visa. This will be my first time using PP for any lounge visit.

PP's app says that access to the NH lounge for only one guest is included in the membership. So I suppose I will have to pay for the other two family members (kids under 12) to be able to join us. I can either:

(1) Pay fees charged to my PP Visa to bring my other two family members in with me, or:
(2) Accept NH's offer to pay for lounge access on their website ($30USD per person)

Any advice from PP members who have been in this situation before? Is buying lounge access in advance likely to be cheaper? (edit - yes, it is; NH's website states the fee for same-day paid access is 6000 yen per person)

I haven't flown out of NRT in eight months, so the airport and lounges are likely to be a lot more crowded than when I was last there. I understand NH will sometimes deny lounge access to PP members if their lounge is too full.

If we arrive at the lounge around 1300, are there likely to be any capacity issues? Is the Suites lounge available to PP members? I would assume it is not, now that the standard NH lounges are open at NRT.

Thanks as always
