It looks quite likely i'll be going back to CDG-TLV in a couple of months time, but its been some years since i've flown ElAl.
From previous trips i still have ~160 Matmid points left and i remember in the past a CDG-TLV economy -business upgrade was around 150 points. Now i see that ElAl has moved to a bidding system for upgrades.
Does anyone have a guideline how many points i would need for a successful bid to get into business CDG-TLV 1 way? (return is booked in business anyway). I'm quite happy to burn all 160 for a bid if it will be successful, but if only 70 (for example) would be required to get upgraded then i don't want to use them up un-necessarily.
