if they would not accept my booking I will figure out why 😊. I do expect they follow their own internal code of conduct / “Gedragscode” and will not discriminate on for instance age. If so, that will not be the end of this story.
i am interested what the experience are from others with regards to the booking process. When did you request it, when got it approved (or not) and when are you traveling.
I used Schiphol’s VIP centre on 16th June flying to San Diego via London. I’d booked it around a month earlier and got the email confirmation pretty much straight away. It really was a superb experience and, given the carnage at Schiphol itself, was worth every cent. The highlight was being driven to the aircraft, just wonderful!
