There are no prohibitions against visiting multiple lounges yourself of course, and if you're guesting a friend into a lounge too, I wouldn't think it would be required that the friend you guest is the same each time for each lounge. It is skirting the rules a bit, but your intentions sound decent.
It's not skirting the rules "a bit", it is strictly against the rules. The companion must leave the lounge with the person who guests them (or before them). Now I know why the lounges are overcrowded, it's because too many passengers have "decent intentions" and leave friends in every lounge possible.
