Getting way off topic - it’s still Sashimi if it’s raw fish just warmed in a oven (not cooked). It’s just not normally served that way. As opposed to cooked salmon reheated in an oven.

Saying warmed raw fish isn’t as sexy sounding as saying sashimi.
