We did not get an upgrade at the Conrad as Hilton Diamonds. Hotel was sold out (or they gave away all the suites already). Even when we had bugs in our room (they had to send "pest busters" out to treat the room, but it only got rid of some) we moved rooms - but we actually moved down several floors into the same not-upgraded room. Booked the Grand Hyatt through a Hyatt Prive agent and received a nice upgrade to a "Deluxe" room which is like a mini suite. Honestly, I preferred the Grand Hyatt.
I forgot to update this thread. I decided to stay here over the GH. I'll visit the GH Singapore when they reopen next year.

Any decent restaurants near the Conrad? What's the closest hawker centre?
