The unique situation are the local draws all coming together.
Close enough to Newport Beach,Disney
without having to be in the thick of it,Huntington Beach without being a resort hotel (easy in and out) Close still to the airport without having to be in an airport hotel.
And the legendary Laguna Beach always good to visit too under 30 min away
The HR Irvine hotel had a ton of business functions throughout the year and great weekend rates close to world class shopping and dining.
Considered moving to the area many times.
IMO one of the very best regions in Southern California
Especially as LA itself has had some decline in quality of life to be polite over the past 3 years.Previously food and beverage was of high quality standards hopefully they can bring the magic back.
